Rock Your Dreams 2019 is a women’s empowerment vision board experience that is done in event fashion. A vision board is a tool that assists with mental focus, remembering goals, avoiding distractions, and provides courage to imagine who you are (self- identity) and what exactly you want during this season in your life. RYD enables women with freedom to think creatively and learn the skills necessary to navigate the manifestation process of receiving your heart desires. Through the arts, wellness exercises, thoughtful conversation, motivational text, and action-images women indulge in the healing and empowering experience of collaging to create a Vision Board.
The ROCK YOUR DREAMS vision board experience includes:
Vision Board creation and Professional support
Raffles and much more!

Event Organizer: Love Thyself First (LTF) is a fiscally sponsored woman empowerment initiative that focuses on self -love and mental health advocacy. LTF’s mission is to encourage women to step out in faith and live in purpose through mindfulness despite cultural barriers associated with mental health in urban communities. LTF strives to empower, with the goal to reduce the number of women and youth who are systematically forced into disempowering circumstances, which include physical and sexual abuse, drug abuse, homelessness and incarceration. Through workshop-based support groups to educate women about the importance of self-advocacy, LTF creates spaces to empower women to become economically, spiritually and mentally fulfilled. Since 2015, the LTF platform has been carefully executed by creating unique artistic opportunities for conversations and experiences on topics such as self-love, mental wellness, hope and faith.
“As a God fearing leader, I encourage women to seek Gods plan as foundation for purposeful living.” -Haydee Lee Scott, Love Thyself First Founder
